Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@wellnessthreads.shop before returning an item to obtain return instructions and the confirmed return address.
Unless defective or incorrect, returned items should be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers or banks may require additional time to post a refund.
