Return requests

Please contact us before returning an item. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Return condition

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, eligible returns should be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with any original packaging or tags.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when the claim is validated.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Items that are personalized, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise excluded by applicable law may not qualify for a standard return. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
